Dan Masker serves as a Program Manager for GovMVMT. In this role, Dan is committed to advancing GovMVMT’s mission of providing transparent, ethical, and impactful cooperative programs designed with a true public agency–first focus.
Dan’s career journey reflects a consistent dedication to service, leadership, and results. After graduating from Creighton University, he built a foundation of discipline and integrity through eight years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where he honed his skills in leadership, strategy, and mission-focused execution. Transitioning from military to civilian life, Dan found success in the private sector, excelling in both hardware and software sales with a concentration in the public sector. Over the course of two decades, he has helped organizations achieve and exceed ambitious growth goals by developing strategies that align with market needs and leveraging national cooperative contracts to drive sustainable success. Dan’s experience spans work with a national cooperative, technology suppliers, and public agencies—giving him a unique, well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the procurement landscape.
Outside of his professional work, Dan is invested in his community and home life. He embraces time with his family, coaching youth sports, and has a passion for rugby.
